Return Policy

·  All returns are subject to approval by D’Mor Couture.  No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a return authorization (RA) number within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise

  1. Send an email to dmorcouturesales@gmail.com to obtain a claim number with your reason for the claim.

·  Returns must be made within seven (7) days after obtaining the RA.

·  Each package returned must have the RA# clearly marked on the return shipping label. (Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.)

·  D’Mor Couture is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.

·  D’Mor Couture only accepts returned merchandise if the said merchandise had manufacturing defects, if they were of unsatisfactory quality, or if they were erroneously sent to a customer.
Authorized returns are accepted for online store credits and exchange only.
** NO MONETARY REFUNDS given for orders you place.  Only store credit given for returns or for incorrect sent items **.

·  We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our price listings, catalog or invoice. All weights are approximate and may vary within a minimum percentage.

·  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Worn, broken or damaged items not due to manufacturing or caused by any entity of D’Mor Couture cannot be returned. If your item is defective, please return it for replacement or full value in-house credit.

·  Returns need to be carefully packaged, and we suggest you use the original shipping boxes if possible.

·  PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASILY DAMAGED SHIPPING. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES OR SOFT PACKAGING. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH-PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE.

·  For your protection against damage and loss during shipping, it is suggested for you to insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for at least the full price of the product.
