If there is a problem with the manufacturing of the item, returns will be accepted for repair, or for a store credit. If this the case, we must receive a picture of the concern via email and you must go through the return process. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back item, which must be received undamaged and in a re-sellable state, in order to receive a store credit, minus a restocking fee of 20% or $5.00 (which ever one is greater).
